Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you may receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).
Shipping Time
As a dropshipping store, our products may be shipped from different suppliers and locations. Estimated delivery times are:
  • PAN India: 5–12 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
  • We offer free shipping on all orders on SALE.
  • There are no hidden or additional shipping charges at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if available). It may take a few days for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur due to:
  • Logistics or courier issues
  • High order volumes
  • Remote location deliveries
Premify Kart is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may be delayed or lost. We are not responsible for such issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Premify Kart is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier. If you face such an issue, please contact the courier service directly.
