Thank you for shopping with us at Premify Kart. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. As a dropshipping business, our return and refund process follows the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order if:
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is significantly different from its description
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind or personal preference (unless eligible under paid return option below)
  • Incorrect size or color selection (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods, personal care, or hygiene products

3. Return Shipping Fee (For Sale & Non-Defective Returns)
  • A ₹29 return fee will be deducted from your refund for returns for all reasons on discounted or sale items.
Note:
  • The ₹29 fee applies per item
  • We offer FREE shipping for items on SALE.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
  1. Contact us at premifykart@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Any applicable ₹29 return fee will be deducted ( for items on SALE )
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing them. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider—it may take time for refunds to reflect
